Jenna Glatt - 'Deep in Love'

Singer-songwriter and musician Jenna Glatt is quite frankly - the next big thing - and she has the track record to show for it. Jenna is attracting the music industry like a magnet. After graduation with high honors from Boston’s Berklee School of Music, Jenna has had non-stop offers. She has been invited to work with an A-list host of international producers and songwriters in: Houston (at Mathew Knowles' Music World Entertainment - Beyoncé, Destiny's Child, Earth Wind and Fire, Chaka Khan) and with producer Eddie “Big Deal” Ferguson; in Los Angeles with Tommy Brown (Ariana Grande, Chris Brown, Trey Songz); in Dallas with Jude Dyllan (Justin Bieber); in Atlanta with Ryan “Ghost” Bowser (Kelly Rowland, Nelly, Bow Wow);in Nashville with John Capek; Denmark with Hennedub and Simon Says Management; and Canada with Boi-1da (Drake, Nicki Minaj, Eminem, Kardinal Offishal, Kanye West, k-os) and Prezident Jeff as well as other North American producers and songwriters.

With her new single “Deep In Love”, Jenna is going to keep attracting the music industry and fans to her like a moth to the flame; She is on fire! “Deep In Love” is one of the most well put together songs I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing in my entire career. The production of this song is outstanding. From the second the first synth line of this upbeat tune comes in, you sync into the groove. As the track builds with snaps and percussion, the intro is completed with a smooth horn line and then we are introduced to an irresistibly smooth voice, the voice of Jenna, bringing together this amazing mix.

With a jazzy influence, a warm tone, and a nice shimmer of vibrato there is no doubt that Jenna is an extremely talented vocalist. In the verses, Jenna shows her ability to craft a solid melody that builds up perfectly to the chorus that everyone wants to sing along with, “Tell me, will you be my baby/Its crazy what you do to me/ You got me feelin’ so deep in love”. In the second verse and chorus, Jenna continues impress with the addition of harmonies, showing off the higher register of her voice. Here is a video of another stellar single, "Wake Up." I didn't think I could be any more impressed until I heard "Wake Up." Not only can Jenna deliver a great, catchy song that will appeal to the masses, she can also deliver content and meaning at the same time.

In the music industry there are two phrases heard often. The first is that "the cream rises to the top." The second is that if you are that good - the industry will come to you. Jenna is the whole package. She has the songs, the voice, the skills to write hit songs, the production, the mix and the persona.

More importantly than attracting the music industry - Jenna is attracting fans worldwide through radio, touring, and social media. Her songs are on rotation nationally on CBC and in Canada, the U.S. , and starting next month across Europe as well (UK, France, Holland, Germany, Italy, BeNeLux, and Scandinavia). Along with radio rotation, Jenna has performed at major international music festivals including the Toronto Jazz Festival (twice); Newport Folk Festival; Boston’s Outside the Box Music Festival; Ottawa Jazz Festival (four times); Beaches Jazz Festival; Athens Music Festival; 1000 Islands Jazz Festival; and WestFest among others.

Jenna is not an artist that you will want to miss out on and her song “Deep In Love” shows her potential to be one of today’s top artist. Up next, Jenna has an upcoming single and music video to be released in November with Tabletop Records LLC.
